The New York Giants will be without Odell Beckham Jr’s services this Sunday when they play the Minnesota Vikings. The NFL upheld his one-game suspension and he issued an apology after the decision was revealed.
It was Beckham’s helmet to helmet hit on Carolina Panther’s cornerback Josh Norman that put him on the shelf for a game, without pay.
“Regardless of the outcome of my appeal, I apologize for my actions on Sunday,” read part of Beckham’s note, which he posted on Twitter. It seems like it was prepared regardless of the outcome of his appeal.
