Snoop Lion gets a little help from his own family and YMCMB on his latest single. On “No Guns Allowed,” from his forthcoming Reincarnated album, the former Snoop Dogg gets a verse from Drake and vocal assistance from his daughter Cori B.

The breezy groove was produced by Major Lazer, Ariel Rechtshaid and Dre Skull. As the title alludes, the topic is gun-violence and it’s ill affect on society in general. “Let the music play, me now want more gunplay, when the bodies hit the ground, there’s nothing left to say,” chants Snoop.

Drizzy delivers a short but potent verse. “Bullets do not choose a victim, it is the shooter that picks ’em/They just can’t wait to get you in the system, the district attorney can use a conviction,” spits the “Take Care” rapper.

Reincarnated, the album (the movie is already in theaters), will be in stores April 23. Listen to “No Guns Allowed” below and let us know what you think about this tune in the comments.
