Can’t say we didn’t see this coming. After MMG debuted visuals for “Oil Money” and “Poor Decisions,” it was only a matter of time before we saw Rockie Fresh’s “God Is Great” on the small screen.
The Chicago native heads back to his hometown, where he takes us to church, literally. Rockie spits emphatically about the luxuries Hip-Hop has afforded him from a cathedral. In off scenes, he can be seen cruising through downtown in a Rolls Royce Ghost and mobbing out with his team.
Viewers will spot fellow “Windy City” local Chance The Rapper among the ranks.
Expect “God Is Great” and the two other aforementioned records to appear on MMG’s Self Made Vol. 3, due out August 6. Mind you, these release after Wale’s sophomore effort, The Gifted, June 25. Could this be a MMG summer? Watch the treatment below and let us know your thoughts in the comments.
