As a celeb most of the time you will receive gross pay with no taxes taken out upfront and if your mind isn’t right, you can get easily caught up. Even with high profile accountants and lawyers on their payroll, some stars still have messy finances.
Sadly a lot of these high profile stars are only playing with baby money, therefore the IRS gets in the tax lien and property repossession game. Here are a few Hip-Hop and R&B that got that work from Uncle Sam.

Young Buck fell into a spiral of IRS debt forcing him to auction most of his personal belongings, including his kid’s Playstation.

Bow Wow has been neglecting his duties as a tax paying citizen with several liens from 2006 stacking up to a to 125,000 dollars.
Ronald “Mr. Biggs” Isley served three years for tax evasion and is known as one of California’s most delinquent taxpayers.
Ja Rule failed to pay almost 3 million dollars in taxes. His charges for illegal firearm possession and tax evasion ran concurrent while in prison leaving him to serve the balance of his IRS sentence at home under supervision.
