Each weekend deserves a worthy playlist. That’s why we provide you with The Wrap Up: Hip-Hop Wired’s Top 10 Songs Of The Week.

This wasn’t a particularly great week for releases, but like always, we managed to compile a worthy listening experience. Expect a few artists on the come up and some of your favorites to appear this time around.

A G.O.O.D. Music street aficionado delivered a late release that blew many others MCs out of the water. Additionally, Chicago’s Save Money crew unleashed another potent release from his forthcoming debut.

We’ll hold off on any clues. Get your weekly feel of quality tunes via The Wrap Up below.

Evan Holt – “In The City” (Prod. by Thelonius Martin)

As far as up and comers go, Holt has a lot of potential to make an impact. Remember where you heard that first.

The Robert Glasper Experiment ft. Common & Patrick Stump – “I Stand Alone”

This abstract collection of collaborators found a common ground to create an ill track.

A$AP Rocky – “R. Cali”

That PMF contributed a track to Grand Theft Auto V that’s could have easily been a single.

The Foreign Exchange ft. Sy Smith – “Right After Midnight”

You can always count on Phonte and Nicolay to debut a jiggy cut for our listening pleasure.

Raekwon – “Marble Cake Freestyle”

We usually shun freestyles on this list, but The Chef’s take on Drizzy’s “Pound Cake” is too potent to ignore.

Black Milk – “Dismal”

We challenge you to name many producer-rappers that can touch this Detroit native. Listen above for proof.

Freddie Gibbs & Madlib – “Harold’s”

Rhymes centered around a chicken spot have never sounded so good. No lie.

Vic Mensa – “Lovely Day”

With INNANETAPE set to release soon, the Chicago up and comer delivers a female friendly song that’s as potent as his previous releases.

Pusha T – “King Push”

Prophetic cocaine bars are all Pusha Ton has to give on his My Name Is My Name intro.

ScHoolboy Q – “Banger (MOSHPIT)”

TDE just signed two new acts and their next in line is churning out track like this. It’s safe to say that things are sunny on the west side.
