The entire world is none too pleased with Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling after a leaked conversation with his girlfriend exposed his disdain for her surrounding herself with Black people at their games.
The Black person he was referring to was none other than Magic Johnson. As in NBA legend, Staples Center mainstay, Los Angeles community builder, Magic Johnson.
After initially shaking his head at the racist audio, Johnson took to his Twitter account to summarize his full feelings on the matter.
In a nutshell, he and his wife Cookie are boycotting the Los Angeles Clippers games until Donald Sterling is no longer owner.
“LA Clippers owner Donald Sterling’s comments about African Americans are a black eye for the NBA,” he said concluding his statement. If Nick Cannon can evoke his hustling spirit (as he’s been known to do), he plans to move the Clippers back to their original San Diego birthplace.
