New Rappers

Busta isn’t feeling many new rappers. Out of the new batch he has a deep respect for Kendrick Lamar.

“Calm Down”

The “Calm Down” record took over seven months to complete with all the back and forth of crafting the record with Eminem over phone calls and emails.

Dr. Dre

Busta also admitted that he did his deal at Aftermath just to see what kind of results he would get from working with Dr. Dre on an entire project.

Scoop

Scoop Deville, producer of “Calm Down”, got a very interesting introduction to Busta. Bus left him a voicemail at three in the morning requesting to work together.

Eminem

In one of his last meetings with Chris Lighty, Busta went to meet with Eminem’s manager Paul Rosenberg to see if Shady would consider doing the record.

New York, New York

Busta cites that New York is the best city in the world because of the women, food, sex, opportunity and it’s the land of the hustle.

The Shows

Big Boy confessed that there have been artists that have requested to not perform after Busta. We can’t blame them though.
