Longtime record label executive L.A. Reid was honored at ASCAP Rhythm & Soul’s 3rd Annual ATL Legends dinner last night (Sept. 25). The yearly event celebrates those who have brought honor to the city through music achievements.
The dinner, held at the Mandarin Hotel in Buckhead, Ga., was hosted by Usher, alongside Big Boi, and music executive/producer Kawan “KP” Prather.
T.I. and Tiny Harris, CeeLo Green, Kandi Burruss, Timbaland and Polow Da Don, were among the guests on hand to salute Reid.
The night including a speech from LaFace co-founder and friend Kenny “Babyface” Edmond, and a video montage featuring André 3000, Mariah Carey, TLC, Jennifer Hudson, Avril Lavigne, and Jennifer Lopez.
