Thanks to Meek Mill, there is no going back. He has changed things. Forever.
After the MMG star spent most of yesterday evening flaming Drake for not tweeting his album above several other alleged discrepancies, lines were drawn, popcorn was eaten and sides were chosen.
The ever outspoken OG Maco had no qualms in admitting that he had known Drake couldn’t lay claim to 100 percent of his songwriting credits, thus prompting thousands of retweets and serious backlash.
As the ATL native was busy schooling followers on the how-to’s inside the record industry, longtime Drake producer (“Best I Ever Had”, “Miss Me”, “Over”) stepped in with insults; calling OG Maco “thirsty” and comparing his likeness to the Dru Hill dragon. Words were exchanged for the sake of our entertainment and the Twitter spat officially ended with OG Maco revealing the artwork to his anticipated debut album, Children of the Rage.
Flip through the gallery below to see the timeline of events. Expect more tensions from the Hip-Hop community to boil over until we get a response from Drake himself.
