OG music and marketing exec Steve Stoute got married to Lauren Branche on Sunday (Sept. 6). The wedding went down in Tarrytown, NY and was attended by Jay Z, Beyonce, LeBron James, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, among others, and included a performance from Maxwell.
Reports the New York Post:
Stoute, founder and CEO of brand and marketing firm Translation and former exec at Interscope/Geffen and Sony who guided the careers of Nas, Mary J Blige, Will Smith and Mariah Carey, was married at Blue Hill at Stone Barns in Tarrytown in front of guests including Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz, LeBron James and wife Savannah, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.
Maxwell revealed on Instagram that he was a surprise musical guest, after being called onstage by Nas. They were joined by West, who performed a freestyle rap.
