While some of Hip-Hop’s premier female rappers have seen more downs than ups, Eve has not only found stability in her life, but also some normality. The Philadelphia native who once proudly proclaimed herself a “vicious pitbull in a skirt,” has seen herself carve out a respectable acting career, and is now a very proud wife/step-mom living in the UK.
With her reprising her role as Terri Jones in Ice Cube’s latest addition to the Barbershop series, Eve has made her way back to her old stomping grounds of America, and stops by The Breakfast Club to chop it up with DJ Envy and Charlamagne Tha God about being married to a “billionaire” in London, how living across the pond is different than life in the United States, and how Mike Tyson wanted to take a bite out of her jail bait.
Hit the flip to peep the 10 things we learned from Eve on The Breakfast Club.

1. The Barbershop
She was reluctant to do Barbershop 3 at first feeling that if her character wasn’t in a good position it wouldn’t have been something she’d wanna do. After reading the script her fears were put to rest and she liked how it played out.

2. Nicki Minaj
Eve says that “It was good” working with Nicki Minaj. She was “sweet,” “cool” and “professional.” But as far as any duets in the future go, they didn’t record any records or even talk about it.

3. Billionaire Hubby
Regardless to what the internet says, Eve was adamant that her British husband is not a billionaire. He’s just “very comfortable.” El Chapo was considered “comfortable” so you do the math.

4. Ruff Ryders
She was signed to Aftermath at the age of 18. DMX introduced her to Ruff Ryders. After she got dropped from Aftermath, she went to the double R.

5. Dr. Dre
When Dr. Dre met Eve he thought she was dropping off weed. He didn’t understand why the “weed girl” was rapping.

6. Mike Tyson
When she first met Mike Tyson at 17-years-old, Tyson told her he was going to smash her like Bruce Banner’s alter ego. She just walked away.
7. Billionaire Game
Even though her husband is a rumored billionaire, she says he has no game. Though when you’re a billionaire, game isn’t necessarily essential for an active love life.

8. Across The Pond
She feels she couldn’t survive out in London if she wasn’t the chick from Philly that she is.

9. London Living
She lives in London because her hubby’s kids and business are based there and she has nothing holding like that her back in the US. Talk about having a considerate wife.
