Jordan Brand & Neymar Launch NJR x JORDAN COLLECTION [Photos]

Neymar Jr. has become the first soccer star to rock his own unique Jordan gear thanks to a mutual collab between Nike and Jordan Brand. The NJR x Jordan Brand collection features apparel and kicks that include an Air Jordan V low and a Hypervenom football (soccer) boot (and training show).

“Michael Jordan set the standard for greatness,” said Neymar Jr. via a press release. “He’s an incredible competitor and a champion. I’ve always admired him, so to collaborate with him and have his icon on my boots means a great deal to me.”

Apparently, the feeling is mutual. “I’m excited that Neymar and the Jordan Brand are working together,” said Air Jordan himself, via a press release. “I’m a fan of his creativity, style and passion for the game of soccer. He’s a special player and I look forward to this collaboration.”
