Saffi K is a successful British plus-size model that was once let go by a large agency for being too big for the job. These days, Saffi is killing it on Instagram and has launched a project that encourages women to take pride in themselves no matter what size they are.

Saffi began her career as a regular fashion model but as her 5-10 frame began to thicken, agencies wanted her to tone down her 41-inch hips and minimize her bust. After her ouster from a major agency, Saffi found success as a plus-size model appearing in major ads for Speedo, Bravissimo, and other major brands.

With her smooth caramel tone and unyielding curves, the founder of the body confidence program, The Curve Project, strongly promotes healthy attitudes about body composition and beauty. It doesn’t hurt that she exudes so much confidence that it’s a shame modeling agencies would even think twice about moving past her for a campaign.
