Just a few days ago images of the upcoming Air Jordan IV “Wheat” were released and Jordan heads who moonlight as Timberland folk during the colder months rejoiced. That is until it was announced that the premium Vachetta Tan construction enabled kicks are going to be limited to a mere 9,000 pairs.
Hopes deflated.
Yup, just when Jordan began to flood the market with their most popular retro sneakers to make sure that everyone who wanted one would be able to get a pair, they’ve gone and decided to once again make it hard out here for a pimp.
No word yet on a solid release date other than rumors of a Fall 2016 or early 2017 drop. Lots of Jordan/Timberland crossbreeds are crossing our fingers that today’s hypebeasts overlook this release and let us mongrels feast. That might just be wishful thinking, though.
Hit the flip to see images of the peanut butter cream smoothies and let us know if you’ll be checking for a pair.
