The Juice Crew will be ending 2016 on a high note as every member will take part in reunion shows in New York City and New Jersey.

Big Daddy Kane, Kool G. Rap, Biz Markie, Masta Ace, Marley Marl, MC Shan, Craig G and Roxanne Shante will all be on hand for what should be one of the dopest shows of the year. The Juice Crew reunion will go down over the span of two days, starting Thursday night, December 29 with a show at B.B. Kings.

There have been prior Juice Crew reunion shows, but never with every crew member present. The most recent attempt was at the 2008 A3C Festival in Atlanta, Kool G. Rap Masta Ace and Big Daddy Kane were not present.

The Juice Crew was one of the first powerhouse crews in rap with each member scoring Billboard hits of their own, and also balancing commercial success with underground respect. Their most notable song as a crew is the 1988 hit “The Symphony” which is widely known as the first great posse cut in Hip-Hop.

The once in a lifetime show is not cheap. Tickets for the Thursday show in New York City are $70 and be purchased here. The tickets for the Friday show at The Wellmont Theater in Montclair, N.J. start at $25 and can be purchased here.
