Rick Ross‘ birthday (the big 4-0) is January 28, which means you can bet there will be plenty of parties for the next week or so. Last night, it went down at XS Lounge in Atlanta.
Seen on the scene were the likes of MMG rapper Meek Mill and newest Epic Records signee 21 Savage. Of course, there was plenty of Bel Aire being shared, and Meek Mill looked very happy to be there. As for 21 Savage, not so much—but that may be his excited face.
