Supreme is still finessing choice collaborations. The latest brand the the streetwear label has hooked up with is Lacoste for a new Spring 2017 collection.
Says Supreme:
LACOSTE was founded in 1933 after the meeting of legendary tennis player René Lacoste and André Gillier. Inspired by Lacoste’s nickname, Alligator, and the shirt style worn by polo players in London, Lacoste and Gillier conceived of a polo shirt bearing the now iconic Crocodile logo. Over the course of the following years, LACOSTE expanded their offerings and became synonymous with an elegance in sportswear. With this aspirational quality, LACOSTE was adopted by and became a status symbol amongst youth cultures worldwide.
As for the Supreme x LACOSTE collection, it will include a Harrington Jacket, Track Jacket, Tennis Sweater, Pique Crewneck, Long Sleeve Jersey Polo, Track Pants, Pique Shorts and a Pique Camp Cap.
Get your bots ready or holla at the plug. The collection hits Supreme brick and mortars in NYC, LA, London and Paris and online on March 16, and Japan two days later.
