Laurence Fishburne‘s daughter, Montana Fishburne, was arrested over the weekend for DUI.

Reports Page Six:

The 25-year-old was arrested early Saturday near her home in Fort Lauderdale, after two Florida Highway Patrol officers responded to an accident on the I-95, according to the arrest paperwork. The accident occurred after she allegedly rear-ended a white Land Rover with her white Toyota Corolla.

She was arrested and charged with three misdemeanors — DUI, DUI with property damage and DUI with a blood alcohol level above 0.15. After spending the night in the Broward County Sherriff’s Office jail, Montana was released the next morning after posting a $2,500 bond.

That’s not even the full cusp of the struggle, though.

According to the Daily Mail:

Fishburne’s car sustained extensive damages and she was not injured.

But when the trooper approached Fishburne, he writes in his report, he smelled a strong odor of alcohol on her breath.

“I noticed an open bottle of wine on the real left floor, and the two front seats were splashed with a purple liquid with a strong odor of alcohol,” the trooper wrote on the report first obtained by DailyMail.com.

He also reported Fishburne was “incoherent” while walking around the accident scene.

“Subject (Fishburne) was moving around constantly and was making incoherent statements such as her driver’s license being different if I was to arrest her,” the report reads.

The paperwork also shows Fishburne failed a series of field sobriety tests.

According to the report, she then squatted and urinated on the shoulder of the interstate as rescue personnel and police were busy clearing the accident.

At the stationhouse, Fishburne allegedly blew a .177 and .181 on the breathalyzer. In Florida, the legal limit is .08.

You may recall that back in 2010, Montana appeared in a porn flick. At the time, she asserted that participating in said film would rocket her to fame much like Kim Kardashian.

Yeah, that didn’t happen.

Peep photos of Montana Fishburne below and on the flip, though.
