If you had plans on copping the Jay-Z 4:44 themed Puma Clydes, think again. Only 44 pairs will be made.
Roc Nation executive and long-time inner circle affiliate Lenny S. took to his Instagram account to confirm the limited availability of the shoe and lightly floss all at once.
“There were only 44 of these 4:44 Puma’s made. This is # 14:44. My brother @vegas_jones does it again. Which # did you get? Lol. #RocNation #JAYZ #Puma #444” he bragged.
In July Puma made an official announcement confirming their collaboration in the 4:44 tour and other to be determined creative projects. Featuring the identical peach hue from the album cover, this edition of the Clyde has matching laces and an off-white out sole.
Additionally, there is 4:44 branding on the midsole and insole.
Luckily there is a life hack of sorts available for those who refuse to take no for an answer. Puma sells a similar colored Clyde minus the 4:44 inclusion on their online store. With only 44 pairs made this is sure to be a hot item on the re-seller’s market.
