Styles P debut album was titled A Gangster and a Gentleman and while some thought that was just a good title over time it’s proven to be a good analogy of the Yonkers rapper’s personality.
Accompanied by his lovely wife, Adjua Styles, one-third of The Lox stopped by The Breakfast Club and opened up in way his fans haven’t really seen before.
Speaking with the morning trio of Angela Yee, DJ Envy, and Chalamagne Tha God, The Ghost and his wife opened up about the death of their daughter, eating healthy, and why white folks need to take responsibility for being white.
Here are the 9 things we learned from Styles P and Adjua Styles on The Breakfast Club.

1. Ital Eating
Adjua Styles helped Styles P clean up his eating habits due to her having grown up in an Ital Rasta household. That’s REALLY clean eating for those who don’t know.
2. Styles Got the Juice
Styles P hopes his Juices of Life juce bar inspires more of the community to make that lifestyle change to eat healthier.

4. Tia Hing
Adjua feels that her daughter’s suicide was a culmination of depression, her issues with her biological father, and maybe her bisexuality. She says her daughter was going through a rocky time in her relationship with a girl.
5. Live Life
Styles P has no problem whatsoever with anyone being gay. He does feel that kids are exposed to all kinds of sexual content due to technology that doesn’t screen for age.

6. Stepparenting
An choked up Styles P admitted that it bothered him he couldn’t really take the place of his step daughter’s biological father, but he understood being that he himself had a stepdad.
7. Biological Didn’t Bother?
Tia Hing’s biological father apparently didn’t attend the funeral though someone said he did but left.
8. White Privilege
Styles feels that white people begin to “take responsibility for being white” now and recognize the “white on all crime.” White on Black, white on white, etc.
9. Health Kick
Styles P says he’s not big on going to the doctor so that motivates him to stay as healthy as possible. He advises men getting up there in age to do the same.
