Waka Flocka Flame has never been one to bite his tongue on any subject. The “Hard In The Paint” rapper recently went off on a rant discouraging DJs and producers from releasing albums.

Taking to Instagram Live, Flocka launched into a tirade against DJ’s and producers advising them all to stay behind tables and boards.

“Is it me or, goddamn, when a DJ or a producer get famous, they wanna drop an album.  N—a, you’re not a rapper… you’re not an artist. Stick to your f***ing profession, man,” he exclaimed.

While he did not name check anyone in particular his call out could possibly include both Hip-Hop and EDM performers. Since 2015 he has experimented in the dance genre via his DJ Whoo Kid-assisted group the Turn Up Godz.

Additionally, Flocka slammed established rappers who still promote gang banging in their music and cleared up rumors about his former crew members who no longer run in his circle. This is not the first he has spoken on what few will actually say.

In May, Flame stated that Lil Uzi Vert shouldn’t be considered Hip-Hop. You can watch his commentary in the video below.

Waka’s Flockavelli 2 is slated for an October 5 release. No word if he will be exploring the subject of DJ’s and producers further on this new album.
