Jermaine Dupri recently hit Steve Harvey’s STEVE show to dicuss the fourth season of The Rap Game. But first Harvey asked JD about his alleged hand in the break up of Xscape.
The Atlanta Hip-Hop legend basically copped to it.
“When Xscape came to me, they were singing songs that involved everyone,” explained JD. “The way I was writing the songs was pulling the group apart because Kandi [Burruss] started looking to the leader to yall but Tocha [LaTocha Scott] was back here like…I’m the leader. In groups, that’s a problem.”
