Brother of rapper Eminem, Nate Mathers, was sentenced today to serve 100 hours of community service and pay $1,000 in fines and court cost after his DUI conviction. The 23-year old who calls himself Nate Kane, was arrested in April for failing to yield to an ambulance. When police pulled him over they discovered that his blood alcohol level was 0.16%, twice the legal limit. Nate could have received up to a year in jail.

While his younger brother is busy making court appearances, Eminem is adding to his already extensive track listing. The 8 mile MC is featured on a song with an all star lineup including Drake, Lil Wayne and Kanye West. The song is said to be for a documentary on NBA players titled, More Than A Game. The documentary tells the story of various players including LeBron James, Dru Jaoyce, Slan Cotton, Willie Mcgee and Romeo Travis. The documentary is set to hit theaters in October. The song will make its world premiere on iTunes Friday.
