Hailing from South Bend, Indiana, Skylar Diggins may have exposed the chauvinistic side of the media by gaining attention for her gorgeous smile but the Notre Dame sophomore point guard has a lovely game to match her looks.
She averaged 4.8 assists per game, 14.4 points and 1.9 steals while leading her team to the championship in a losing effort in this year’s NCAA tournament. All of that combined with Twitter talk with admirers, Lil Wayne and Chris Brown and all of a sudden, women’s college basketball became a bit more exciting. Thank you Skylar for making us look.
