Donnie Trumpet and The Social Experiment celebrated the one-year anniversary of their acclaimed album Surf by delivering an unreleased song titled “The First Time,” featuring their closest collaborator Chance The Rapper.
Chicago‘s Hip-Hop history is a vast one, but many fans would concede and say few stars have shined as brightly as native sons Common and Chance The Rapper at various times in their careers. The two are now immortalized by way of a mural art project in the South Side section of the Windy City.
The pairing of Lil Wayne and Chance The Rapper happened previously in 2013 with the track “You Song” from Weezy’s Dedication 5 project. The Young Money captain recently announced that he and the Chicago star will join forces once more for another collaborative track.
Remember that Lil B and Chance The Rapper freestyle mixtape? Well, there appears to be leftover tracks from the project, and thanks to Keith (aka “Stunnaman” from The Pack), we receive one titled “Beautiful Chicago” today.
