ESPN is on the verge of cancellation, at least by Black Twitter. The network just announced that Jemele Hill has been suspended two for violation of its social media policy.
ESPN reportedly tried to replace Jemele Hill with another Black sports analyst, and failed.
Jemele Hill called Donald Trump a White Supremacist on Twitter, which led to a suspect reprimand from her bosses at ESPN. On Wednesday (Sept. 13), White House press flunkie Sarah Huckabee Sanders said that the renowned sports analyst should be fired for, ya know, sharing her factually based opinion.
Colin Kaepernick, Dwyane Wade, and Reggie Miller all tweeted in support of ESPN SportsCenter anchor Jemele Hill after her anti-Trump tweets.
Jemele Hill went on a Twitter tirade against President Donald Trump, calling him a white supremacist among other things. ESPN responded sharply.
