It’s 2013, and The Game is still dissing 50 Cent. The former G-Unit affiliate had a few choice words for his former boss on a track called “Hollywood” that appears on the deluxe version of his OKE mixtape.
The wait is over for The Game‘s new OKE mixtape (an acronym for “Operation Kill Everything”). The project comes courtesy of the Compton native and DJ Skee.
The Game has lyrics to go over two smash records — Migos’ “Versace” and TeeFlii’s “This D.” The drop comes courtesy of DJs Sourmilk, Skee, and Justin Credible (b.k.a. L.A. Leakers), who will also host the Compton native’s forthcoming mixtape, Operation Kill Everything.
The Game releases an emotional track called “Til We Meet Again (R.I.P. Frogg)” to honor the death of a close friend he loss to gun violence. Clocking in at just over seven minutes, the song proves to be therapeutic for the Compton rapper and the victim’s family, some of whom also speak their peace on the matter.
The Game, like many California MCs, has a well documented love for Mary Jane, but his girl doesn’t share the same affinity for greenery in the visual for Cool & Dre-produced track “Hit The J.”
