After four years of being on hold, the Paid Dues Festival is finally coming back with Lil Wayne and Ab-Soul as the scheduled headliners.

The annual Paid Dues Festival has been cancelled. The unfortunate news was delivered in a statement via its founder, Los Angeles rapper Murs.
