One of Hip-Hop’s most iconic duos is about to celebrated in fashion form. Stüssy is launching a Gang Starr inspired collection.
The Beats Pill+ is back. Although the portable speaker was thought to be discontinued, its apparently been resurrected as the first collab with Beats and famed streetwear brand Stüssy.
It’s a safe bet this will be at the top of any J Dilla fan’s holiday wish list. Stussy teams with Pay Jay Productions to create a vinyl figurine of the late, great producer.

Early June is a bittersweet time for Hip-Hop heads since it mark both the birthday (Feb. 7) and anniversary (Feb. 10) of J Dilla‘s death. Notable streetwear brand Stussy has created a capsule collection to commemorate the late Detroit producer and MC.
Here’s a little something for longtime Hip-Hop stans and fashion connoisseurs alike. The minds behind streetwear mainstay Stussy tipped their hats to legends via a collaboration with DJ and producer 45 King, Far East crate diggers K.O.D.P., and BBP.
Two of streetwear’s powerhouse brands in A Bathing Ape (BAPE) and Stussy banded together to create the aptly coined “Ill Collaboration” collection. As if the title wasn’t mean enough, the two fashion staples reached out to a few young guys spearheading their own movements to appear in the lookbook.
Over the weekend, Stussy released a Yo! MTV Raps-inspired capsule collection featuring 10 iconic photos of MCs from that era. If that wasn’t ill enough, the streetwear brand returns today with a two-part documentary that places a scope on the iconic television series.
