A fourth teen has been charged in the murder of Derrion Albert.
The 14-year-old assailant’s name has not, and will not, be released due to him being a juvenile. He is expected to appear in juvenile court before a judge today.
Three other teens are expected to receive stiff penalties for their respective parts in Albert’s brutal beating and subsequent murder.
Albert was a sophomore at Chicago’s Christian Fenger Academy High School. His murder was captured by an onlooker with a camera on his cell phone.
