Father Murders Son For Molesting Daughter

Jamar Pinkney, Sr. murdered his son in cold blood after being told that the teen, Jamar Pinkney, Jr., confessed to molesting his 3-year-old sister.

The 37-year-old man forced his son to strip and march to a vacant lot while nude, after which, he shot the teen to death while the boy and his mother pleaded for his life.

According to the younger Pinkney's mother, it was she that alerted Pinkney, Sr. of his son's misdeeds after the young man revealed to her what he had done.

“I called and told his father,” said the boy's mother, Lazette Cherry, to the Detroit Free Press. “That isn't something you sweep under the rug.” Afterward, the man returned home with a firearm, ordering the boy to strip and go outside.

“He got on his knees and begged, ‘no, daddy, no,' and he pulled the trigger.”

Attorney's for the conscientious killer are guiding their strategy toward an insanity defense and have started asking representatives from the prosecution to make note of their client's state of mind while relegating reports of sexual abuse to mere afterthoughts.

The State of Michigan has filed first-degree murder charges against Pinkney in the murder of his son; if found guilty, he will receive life in prison.

    I have very mixed feelings about this. I don't know how I would react upon learning something so devestating.I can only say that my thoughts and prayers go out to the family including the father.

    , they should give him the electric chair with no trail. the son learnt that by his surroundings. how can the childs on mother defend a man that would kill his own son. this is a discusting situation. the court should have no mercy on the father nor the mother should be charge also, because she could of tried to stop it. sending this father to jail is not could enough. just fry him

      I dnt believe d mother should be charge for anything because she didnt shot her , son like a dog d father did. I believe she never thought it would go to this level. wat threw me was wen d girlfriend d mother of d 3 yr old call d insurance argent to report d childs death. then stated because of sumthing about dey didnt hve money to bury little jamal, jr. why didnt she just tell d mother about d insurance dat d father took out 2 r 3 months be4 taking his life. I believe d 3 yr old mother was pressing d father n taking him to seek help wasnt enough for her n dis matter. Again i dnt like judging dis matter cause again at d end of d day how i feel doesnt matter wat matters most is wen god judge u for ur sins

    I feel bad for everyone here because *****OBY gain everybody LOST. I dnt know wat i would've done because ive never had dis to happen, so i think unless u r in this family shoes it's best for me to leave it in d hands of god beside only god can judge us all at d end of d day.

    sorry, daddy's the bigger monster, YOUR OWN SON is pleading for his life and u shoot him in cold blood. That 3 year old, will likely have no memory of what was done and now that they were aware of what he was capapble of they could have protected her a million other ways. They could have had that boy psychologically evaluated, and treated. Clearly he admitted his mistake, having faith that his parents would forgive him and get him help. I hope he burns in hell. That boy deserved a chance to get help, and him admitting it to his own mother, was a cry for help.

HIS FATHER WILL HAVE TO LIVE WITH HIS DECISION ON A DAILY FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE, BUT THANK GOD THAT 3 YEAR OLD IS SAFE TONIGHT!!!
