Mom Only Receives Life Imprisonment For Murdering Own Son

Michelle Kehoe was given a legal slap on the wrist for committing the act of murder.

The 36-year-old mother was sentenced to life in prison without parole after being found guilty of slicing the throat of her 2-year-old son and abandoning him for die near an Iowa pond. A grand jury also found the worthless woman guilty for attempted murder after she slit her 7-year-old son's throat as well as ten additional years for child endangerment.

Defense for Kehoe attempted to construct a plausible insanity-based strategy for the woman but failed in their attempt after her eldest child provided key testimony against his mother.

Kehoe is prohibited from having communicating with her son, husband, or anyone else involved in the incident due to a court issued no-contact order.
