Ex-Governor Blagojevich: “I'm Blacker Than Obama”

Ex Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich is expressing his disdain for the President and has been quoted as saying, “I'm Blacker than Barack Obama.”

The statement was made during an interview with Esquire magazine in which the impeached official airs out his grievances with The President and other political figures.

In the magazine's February issue, he claims that he's Blacker than Obama because he not only shined shoes but lived in a five-room apartment.

Ummm……

"What the  _____?  Everything he's saying's on the teleprompter…..I'm blacker than Barack Obama. I shined shoes. I grew up in a five-room apartment. My father had a little laundromat in a black community not far from where we lived. I saw it all growing up.”


If you remember, Blagojevich was impeached and removed from his position after being brought up on corruption charges, in particular trying to sell Barack Obama's seat in the U.S. Senate.

His trial for the charges takes place this year.

The February edition of Esquire hit stands January 19.

Okay, I get it now, he's Blacker than Obama because he lived in an apartment and shined shoes.

What the hell is that supposed to mean?!
