Abraham Shakespeare, the Florida lottery winner who mysteriously disappeared after winning a $30 million jackpot, has been positively identified as the man found buried under a house in concrete.

As previously reported he was awarded $17 million in lump sum lottery payments before going missing in April 2009. His family did not report his disappearance until November.

Local police are now confirming that human remains  found buried under concrete slabs are those of Shakespeare after being tipped off about a home in a Florida neighborhood.

When police went to investigate, they found him buried under slabs of new concrete recently added to a home.

The home is connected to Dorris Moore, a woman who’s been living in the same home Shakespeare bought with his winnings and who now is being named as a “person of interest” in his death.
