Police in Las Vegas are responding to outcry about a man that struck a 15 year-old girl in the face after she got into a fight with his daughter for picking on her brother.
According to Las Vegas News Channel ABC 13, the fight, which was caught on camera, shows the man standing to the side and encouraging the two girls to fight. After it seemed that 15-year-old Justice Fletcher was getting the best of his daughter, the man stepped in, not to break it up but to punch the teen age girl in the face.
“I saw him come forward, and then all of a sudden I felt a punch to my face.” Fletcher told ABC 13.
The girl’s mother states that she was not only shocked that the man hit her daughter, but that he initiated the fight between the two girls while other students watched.
“Seeing your daughter get hit in the face, does something to you on the inside,” Ms. Fletcher states. “But what is even more crazy is that he was on the sidelines cheering on the fight between the two girls. He might as well [have] rang the bell.”
Police state that they are looking to file charges against the man, but also state that the two girls may also be charge for fighting as well.
SMH, what part of the game is that? He should feel ashamed of himself for encouraging the brawl in the first place.
