In between working to rebuild his Roc-A-Fella Records empire Dame Dash is finding himself the subject of a new lawsuit.

Dash’s ex-girlfriend Lisa Williams has filed a lawsuit against him alleging that he harassed their son Damon II.

According to Williams, Dame threatened their 17-year-old son while he was DJing at a New York City nightclub and held him against his will in his apartment.

Williams also claims that when she attempted to take out a restraining order against the music mogul, he lied in court and violated a protective order.

The lawsuit is for $1 million.

As previously reported Dame plans to resurrect Roc-A-Fella Records sans Jay-Z with the help of New Orleans emcee Curren$y and his Creative Control emblem.

Dame told MTV that his former partner Jay-Z has no rights to the name and the Roc trademark is up for grabs.

“Def Jam or Universal bought the brand. I think the ‘beef’ [with us and Jay-Z] was that Jay made it clear he didn’t want me or Biggs to be a part of it. That’s really where it was at. Now that he doesn’t work for Def Jam anymore, he doesn’t have the right to use the name. So there’s no reason for us not to use it. It’s there, and it’s a brand that’s not being used. So I was like, ‘I’ll take it.’ It always meant something to me.”
