    LOL...is this supposed to mean something? I mean if Biggie was writing her lyrics, then at least she had a great Hip Hop artist writing for her...Nicki ain't even writing...she hollering nonsense about reindeer and wham bam whamalam...or whatever the hell she is talking about...she has said one thing that I understood but then it almost made me vomit ..."tighter than a package in the butt"...????? I had to go to wal mart and buy 2 gospel cds after that....Nicki is just wack...she has no flow and no talent...And I am not saying Kim is a saint because I am still a little *****ed at her for putting champagne in her douche bottle....is it really that serious Kim??? Can't you just drink it like errbody else?

    Lil Kim wrote her own rhymes and everyone knows that. Biggie died in 97 so who wrote all the rhymes for Lil Kim after that? I guess people are reaching to bring her down but lying on her is a bad look.

      everyone knows Kim didnt write her own stuff. And yes after BIG died her stuff started to get real different and whack. That's because there were different ghostwriters. Problem is Nicki's stuff is contrived and she is trying to be simple on purpose and it sucks. I've worked with many Kim ghostwriters in the past.

    @ The Lil Kim Nikki beef is getting old. Lil Kim is just mad that Nikki has taken her spot and is the hottest "*****" out right now. It's not a secret that Nikki has paid her "hommage" on more once, and Lil Kim is just bitter. Not a secret that Biggie wrote her rhymes either.     This is what I have been saying since the corny "beef" started...KIM has gotten a p*****, but I'm old school, and one of the core rules of hip hop is that you MUST write your own rhymes. I know KIM worked hard and everything b/c she still had to do shows and maintain the image, but as far as I know Nikki writes her own rhymes so I can't even compare them to each other.

    ok well, nicki has a ghost writer as well. i used to listen to nicki's underground music prior to young money, her lyrical style has changed drastically...maybe her original ghost writer up'd his price.

    This is not news! Just check the writer credits in Kim's CD booklets...both Big and Camron was writing for Kim.

    Not a big fan of Nikki but damn let her eat! She paid homage to Kim. Kim too grown for the childish banter...every time she comments on Nikki, she takes an L!

    Kim has a great flow. I will give her that. I think there is too much focus on female rappers who wrote their rhymes. Trust me, there are alot of male rappers who dont write all of their lyrics.

    With that said, Kim needs to stop the beef. She beefs with every female rapper in the game that gets a lil shine, or takes the light away from her. I like her, but she is by no means, the best female rapper that ever lived. Not even close.

    Nicky is doing her thing. For how long, who knows.

    I remember a interview Biggie did on Rap City just before he died he spoke on Junior Mafia members and he said Lil Kim writes her own rhymes so the people on here saying he wrote for her are just haters. Biggie said she was the only Junior Mafia member serious about the business so he put her out first then Lil Cease later.

    @Dayg. Lil Kim's albums after Biggie died did not all flop "La Bella Mafia" did well and so did Notorius K.I.M her last release The Naked Truth was excellent but lacked promotion because she was incarcerated. I don't know if you know anything about the music business if your CD flops and the record company doesn't make any money the chance of you making another CD is slim, *****ody in business will keep investing money in you if they won't make a profit.

    Who writes this blog!?!?! Either you are very young or not into hip hop....either way, maybe you should not have a pop culture/urban blog. It's a fact Biggie wrote early lil Kim, you can just listen and tell but it's been a known fact for years. However; I often wondered if she started writing for herself after he died, she still had some great rhymes (the jump off, quiet storm w/ mobb deep) and not too many female artists can mess with her delivery (w/ lauryn Hill being top female M.C....MC Lyte next). Nikki is definitely Lil Kim Jr. in her style and content, but there is a place for both...why does it have to be one versus the other? Nikki should be giving Kim props for opening the door and Kim should be mentoring Nikki on her experiences.

    Biggie rhyming was to show how he thought kim should rap it.. ALso Big was too smart to let someone else get his publishing if he did write her rhymes...i have checked lil kim's credit it clearly states K. jones on every song she has written on.... Im sure with big being from the hood he would not let someone else own the publishing... because that is a check that would come every quarter.. listen to what she says.. when she talks about certain things that only she would know about in her rhymes..c'mon people get yo lame A$$ a life.she is still the queen whether u like it or not

    oh god!!!!!! its one damn song off that album! the author needs to get a damn life! of course everyone knows biggie was a huge influence on lil kims career and helped her with her career but lil kim had just as much input on her lyrics and look as biggie did. im pretty sure if biggie didnt think lil kim had talent he wouldn't have spent anytime on her. everyone knows biggie wrote some of her stuff but she did as well.
