Fantasia's 911 Call Released [Audio]

The 911 call made by a person asking for help for Fantasia Barrino has been released.

As previously reported Barrino has been hospitalized after a reported aspirin and sleeping pill overdose just after she was named in an infidelity sex tape scandal.

An unidentified caller called 911 Monday night and told dispatchers that the American Idol singer ingested a bottle of aspirin.

The caller told 911 that Barrino was slowly losing consciousness and had been moved to the shower before being instructed by dispatchers to remove her while they waited for help.

The singer is believed to still be hospitalized and recovering.

TMZ obtained the phone call.

    Slowly shaking my head...Karma is something serious...I just don't understand why you would try and take your own life..

      First of all I am glad she is allright. To the person who wrote and said about its plenty of men out there she should got her own. Who know what the gentleman told her and if he was seperated from his wife like they say she did nothing wrong. I dont knowwhat kind of stupid law that give the spouse the right to sue just because your husband has cheated on you and you have the right to suethat person. You need to ue yourself for being so dam dumb. Anybody in a relationship know when things at home are not right cant *****ody make you do nothing you dont want. I just feel sorry for her or anybody else in tis situation. There's a such thing called being mislead and I believe he was mislead but even if se knew his situation he knew he was married he took them vows ad h should have respectd them like he should have but as usually the woman always want to blame other women and not that man and thats why they gone kep on doingit and I would to if I am not gone get called on it.

    Damn! Baby girl shouldn't have to feel she need to take her own life. I can't say I know how she feel. One can only imagine her pain. Love can be a B****! I pray God gives her strength to get through this.

    She got what she deserved!!! Come on, you can't sit up here and tell me she did not know this man was married, whether he was separated or not, the divorce was not finalized. You'd think because she is a celebrity, she would make better decisions, specifically if it may harm her career. So, If she is going to parade a married man around town on her arms, she better have thick skin and be prepared for the backlash, because people are going to talk.
