Nicki Minaj Talks Fake Marriage To Drake, Performs In Atlanta [Photos]

Nicki Minaj is speaking out on her fake marriage to fellow Young Money rapper Drake.

As previously reported, Drizzy caused a stir in August when he announced on Twitter that he'd wed the Harajuku Barbie saying,

“Please refer to @nickiminaj as Mrs. Aubrey Drake Graham and dont stare at her too long. She's finally mine.”


Nicki and Drake quickly took back the claims however and told fans that they made the decision to have their union annulled.

Now speaking on their “marriage”, Nick told Hot 107.9's DJ Drama that they decided to do it as payback for the fake stories that are published on them on a daily.

“Yes, we were just being crazy and I think we were a little bit bored…we were just being mischievous. I said every day I see things written about me that aren't' true and I kind of wanted to give the blogs a little bit of payback.”


She also told Drama that she although her marriage to Drizzy is over she still “doesn't date boys.”

“You know I'm always single and I don‘t date boys…I don't like boys…I think boys are yucky and that's it…”


Nicki Minaj was in Atlanta this weekend for Black gay pride and made several appearances at various clubs including Traxx, The Georgia Freight Depot and Primetime 2.0.

    nicki minaj has i way of getting her word out without people understanding her but 2 meh shes some 1 to look up 2 and i have love and lots of respect 4 her she has a tattoo in chinese that says "GOD IS ALWAYS WITH ME" so that tells me she has some type sanity and shes human so if ur daugter look up 2 some like nicki minaj NICKI MINAJ is talkin 2 your daugter and gettin thourgh 2 your daugter in ways that u can not so i think people just need 2 have respect 4 her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!P.S. check out NICKI MINAJ fit and shoes!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    f**k a nicki minaj hater...I swear.... if your daughter is looking up to nicki and not you as a role model than shame on you! you need to be more involved in her life and stop parking her in front of the t.v. believe me when I tell you, if your daughter does something innapropriate she more than likely learned it from a family member not nicki minaj... quit hating and go pay attention to your kidz....smh

    If celebs don't want to be role models they should go sit down somewhere. As long as you are famous and you like being on tv u should be held accountable. Even back in the 50S I'm sure some of your parents wanted to emulate some entertainer at a point in time. Only difference is back then yoi could look up to smokey Robinson, vs. Soulja boy today. The reason why the world is so effed up today is because people find it too scary to own their actions. Hold this confused b.itch accountable and stop making excuses.

    People are going to have something to say about nick minaj if she is doing something good or bad. It's called haters. As for the mother of the five year old you should be ashamed that you are letting your child listen to her music. What she speaks about is not for that child ears. This is why children up so fast and know things the shouldn't because oarents are allowing them to do and see things that are not appropriate

    It's sad that people still think that entertainers should be held accountable for raising other people's kid. Nicki minaj didn't buss one in *****ody to make a baby so why should she be held accoutable for someone raising their child poorly? People need to realize that we all can think for ourselves, I was raised right and taught that just b/c u can do something doesn't mean u should do something. Parents are the only people whom can qaulify as role models in their child's life. They may idolize an entertainer but utimately they are a product of their enviornment..... stupid parents = stupid kids.....break the cycle!!!!
