Bob Marley's Daughter Pleads Guilty To Weed Charge

The daughter of reggae legend Bob Marley has confessed to harvesting marijuana in her Caln, Pennsylvania home.

Makeda Marley, 29, pleaded guilty on Tuesday to possessing several large ganja plants inside her home, roughly 30 miles outside of Philadelphia.

Marley was arrested in 2008, when after calling the police for a domestic dispute; officers caught Marley removing plants from her basement.

Thomas Schindler, Marley's attorney told The Associated Press he will seek probation. Sentencing is scheduled for October.

WHO in Sam hell is Makeda??? Damn, I knew about Cedella and Sharon - and just when I thought I had heard about ALL of Bob Marley's illegitimate children, here's YET another one. It's becoming an ongoing joke. Damn, I heard he even banged Vogue's Editor Anna Wintour. He was slangin' that little dreadlocked 'buddy' all over creation. I'm surprise ol' boy died of cancer and not some s.e.x.u.a.l.l.y transmitted disease.

@ah. I think she is the child he had born monthes after he died. I don't know who the mother is but it sure wasn't his wife, maybe that why she doesn't have the wealth that his children has by his wife.
