R.I.P. To VA's 103 Jamz Boodah Brother "Kool DJ Law"
Hip-Hop Wired would like to send our condolences to the family of Kool DJ Law who passed away over the weekend at the age of 40.
A mainstay in the Hampton Roads Virginia Hip-Hop community, Law, born Lawrence Brown and his partner Big B comprised the legendary DJ team The Boodah Brothers.
Kool DJ Law was also the Program Director for Clear Channel's WOWI 103 Jamz and co-hosted the Boodah Brothers Morning Show.
Law reportedly died of a heart attack on Sunday morning.

VA STAND UP!! Yeah Law you made it big baby! Front page news I could hardly listen to the show today because it was too sad... Mornings will never be the same in the 757.... You were so smart and informative yet was so HIP HOP! All the b-boys and girls have lost their king! R.I.P...
Much respect to this hip hop radio legend! I remember moving to Hampton from NYC in the mid 90s and these guys represented that hip hop I grew up on in NY to the fullest. It actually made my transition to the 757 easier because I knew on a Friday night they would be spinning that straight heat. That area has lost a TRUE gem. Much respect and may god bless his soul and his loved ones. Peace.
