A man in Brooklyn has been arrested after beating the 2-year-old son of his girlfriend for allegedly not saying his ABCs.

According to published reports, Reginald Willams and his girlfriend Teresa Foster have been arrested for abusing the toddler on repeated occasions leading up to the September 13th incident that left the young boy with internal bleeding and a lacerated liver.

Police state that Williams and Foster confessed to beating the baby, 2-year old Aiyden Davis, with belts until Williams own hands hurt and  body slamming the toddler causing internal bleeding.

Aiyden’s mom, a security guard, also admitted to routinely abusing her son with a belt from Sept. 1 to Sept. 12 and giving Williams permission to discipline him.

Aiyden’s father, Ameen Foster, states that the incident is a shock to not only him but also his entire family who say that they saw no signs of abuse when he last visited his son – and didn’t know the boy’s mother was living with the man now charged with killing him.

“When I saw Aiyden last week he was fine,” Ameen Foster said. “He was playing, running around, dancing.”

Williams been charged with murder and has been denied bond, while Aiyden’s “mom” has been charged with assault and is currently being held on $150,000 bond.

Authorities state that murder charges against her are unlikely because she was not home at the time of her son’s death.
