WEEN Prepares For Final Round Of WEEN Academy Auditions In NYC
The Women in Entertainment Empowerment Network or WEEN is prepping for the final round of auditions for The WEEN Academy in New York City this weekend.
Sponsored by Anheuser-Busch, Inc. and joined by media partners Time Warner Cable and HOT 97 FM, selected students for The WEEN Academy will compete for acceptance into the Academy before a panel of media professionals.
Additionally, Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC), in partnership with the Women in Entertainment Empowerment Network will also hold auditions in search of the next generation of TV personalities to host its new talk show airing on Time Warner Cable’s On Demand platform.
The prestigious WEEN Academy is a 6-week crash course in the entertainment business in New York City this summer.
The program is free for young women 18 – 22 years of age.
