President Obama picks No. 1 seeds in NCAA
Barack-etology is the term that has been coined since President Barack Obama has been making his NCAA Basketball picks known to the public. He revealed his choices today on ESPN’s Sportscenter.
Last year, the president picked Kansas to win it all and he actually got none of the Final Four selections correct. In 2009, he did predict the National Champions North Carolina, but he got the rest of teams in the last bracket wrong.
This year, Barack chose the four top seeds in each region, playing it safe and ignoring the upset factor that always seeps into the world of March Madness.
For those of you concerned with Obama’s focus on politics and world issues, he did make a statement that while viewers are filling out their brackets they should go to USAID.gov and visit the site to donate money to Japan.
