Da Brat is out of prison, and back working with Jermaine Dupri.
In a recent video blog, Brat and Dupri announced an upcoming mixtape that Da Brat is working on.
Da Brat spent the last few years in jail for an aggravated assault conviction. She was released in March.
Fans can expect her new mixtape on Memorial Day weekend.
You’ll have to sit through three minutes of JD struggling on a beat machine, but Da Brat will pop up after that.
