Mister Cee of Hot 97 DJ, Biggie Smalls' former DJ and executive producer on Ready to Die, as referenced in 50 Cent's "How to Rob," was busted  for getting head from a tranny hooker in a parked car.

Pretty much the Biggest Hip-Hop fail as of late.

He is so not hard or cool for that epic fail!!!!! Oh and people perhaps you should take a dictionary with you to the tattoo parlor since it is obvious that some of these people cannot spell. Nothing worse than having a misspelled tattoo. Big Fail!!!!!!! Oh yeah, what is with the kiss Weezy? Even fathers and sons don't kiss on the lips after a certain age. Or perhaps never. Swishy!!!
