Black Man Pays $16 for $330,000 House; Neighbors Beyond Pissed (Video)

A man in Flower Mound, Texas had just enough knowledge of state law to become the potential owner of a $330,000 house for the mere price of $16.

Kenneth Robinson is not a squatter, he just did his research on an abandoned home and found a way to legally make it his.

How did he do that you ask? Well the answer is a paper he filed which gives him "adverse possession" that cost him 16 whole dollars.

He walked in to the foreclosed home and took up residency and as long as he stays there for three years, he can ask for the title.

So what has the neighbors in such an uproar?

It may be because they didn't think of it, it might seem unfair since they pay expensive mortgages or it could even be the man's skin color.

    No, dear. That's why he's paying on $16.oo dollars for mortgage. Because he has GOOD SENSE! A tree and rope would do him no justice. He needs to become a PROFESSOR in the most elite college, so he can show these BABY BOOMERS with possibly no future job wise, who are still living at home with their parents, how to live the Good life off of less than nothing!

Good for him. He used basic real estate law. I dont get how he is "lamebrain" Gene when you're probably financing your property/or paying rent and he's basically getting the property for free. I personally would be mad though if I had to borrow >300,000 + financing charges, mip, etc and he has fee simple title. Lots of trolls!

He could have legitimately bought a house free and clear for $16 in Boon Town around here...Just speaking...Seriously, I say good for him, the honkies wouldn't want the brother for a neighbor even if he paid market price...on the other-hand, the neighbors property value just went way down!!
