Man Who Claimed To Have Sex Tape Says Shaq Ordered Crips To Kill For Him
Man Claims Shaq Ordered Gang Hit
More heinous allegations against Shaquille O'Neal have come forward in the court case of Robert Ross, the man who claimed The Diesel had him kidnapped and robbed for possessing a sex tape of the former NBA all-star.
Ross now alleges that the retired NBA center ordered him
Ross, who is a former business associate of Shaq's, originally contended that he was kidnapped, robbed and beaten by Crips for possessing a sex tape of Shaq and an unnamed woman who was not his wife.
Shaq was questioned by authorities following the incident but has never been charged.
Ross seeks punitive damages for false imprisonment-kidnapping, assault and battery, robbery-conversion of personal property and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
