Ludacris Talks New Mixtape
Atlanta rapper Ludacris is preparing to release a new mixtape before his next album Ludaversal.
Yesterday, Luda called into Sway Calloway’s Shade 45 radio show to talk about his upcoming mixtape and revealed its 1.21 Gigawatts title.
“We’ll put a mixtape out before we get it all the way right. I’m actually doing a mixtape and it’s called 1.21 Gigawatts on y’all a**es, get ready for it,” Luda said of the title.
“Gigawatts, that equals to a billion watts and so we basically taking it out of control.
“This whole thing is something you’re going to pump louder than anything you’ve ever heard in your life, basically. It’s definitely for the streets.”
“It’s been a decade. We celebrating a lot of platinum hits and it’s just something I feel like I want to do for my fans, man,” he said of why he decided to release a mixtape. “Just give it back. Appreciation.”
Ludacris also talked about working with David Guetta and future movies that are in the works.
