Sade Covers New Issue Of Billboard [Photo]
Sade Covers Billboard
Legendary singer Sade Adu lands on the cover for the new issue of Billboard.
Sade, whose band is preparing for their first North American tour since 2001, spoke with Billboard about preparation for the tour or lack there of, saying, "I do the opposite and pretend it's not going to happen, immersing myself in the details of production as a way of distracting myself from reality."
"When the time comes, I don't test the waters -- I just jump straight in."
"This show is the best thing we have ever done as a band," Adu added.
"We know these are really hard times, so we better be greater than any expectations. It's our way to say 'thank you' to our audience."
